Response Process
If the monitoring station receives an alarm signal from your location they will immediately respond by calling the location and if anyone is on site confirm identity with a site password confirmation. If there is no one on site or if the person on site cannot give the proper password emergency personnel will immediately be dispatched. Then an alternate contact that you have provided at time of install will be contacted and be asked to attend the site.
Of course if your situation requires a different response policy our monitoring station can accommodate your needs and wants for response protocols.
